My name is Ray Dillman, I own 160 acres with a cabin on it. The proposed Indian Canyon railway would cross my property and enter a tunnel close to my cabin. My family and I have observed an abundance of wildlife on our property including black bears, deer, elk, owls, golden eagles, sage grouse, and mountain lion. We have seen a beaver that lives in a stream near our property recently in the zone that would be directly intersected by the proposed railway. We are very concerned that the noise from construction and then from railcars would greatly impact the local wildlife and result in permanent changes to the richly diverse habitat we have come to know and love.
