I am in support of the Uintah Basin Railway. The economic growth that the Uintah Basin and surrounding areas will receive will be well worth the costs involved in constructing the rail spur. The Uintah Basin is quite isolated from other areas, with zero interstate freeways, and only US40 AND US191 Highways entering and exiting the basin. I trust that all environmental regulations will be closely followed when the planning and construction of the railway is underway and completed. The Uintah Basin will be able to see new growth and prosperity with the access to the national railway through the construction of this railway spur. The area is in such need of this railway at the present time. Thank you. Alfred Elison
