We do not wish to see this railroad be constructed as it is literally in our backyard. Myself and many other residents live in the Uinta Basin for the solitude it offers. Having a railroad, during the construction phase, and well into the daily operation of railroad is not wanted. Furthermore, we have an HOA in place which further prevents said railroad construction. No easments are allowed.
