To the board members, Thank you for your time. I strongly recommend that we halt any future fossil fuel projects and only move forward when we have no other options. Fortunately we have plenty of renewable resources and have no reason not to use them. It is time to move forward. I urge you to stop the Uinta Basin Railway Project. Thank you again, Josiah Helbling
