This is a backward-looking rather than a forward-looking project. The environment, the economics, and the ethics will not support construction of this railway. Please do not cater to special interests of the fossil fuel industry. Let's put America's might into building our new energy economy--one that will not include fossil fuels. This is a waste of money and time.
